This includes thorough examination of control plans, training records, and interviews with employees across various departments. Following the Stage 2 audit, a closing meeting is convened to assess the company's compliance, and if deemed satisfactory, certification for ISO 9001:2015 is granted. The official certificate is then issued to the company several days after the audit's conclusion.
