1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Continental Diamond Tool, 10511 Rose Avenue, New Haven, IN 46774 USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Open to customers worldwide, except where prohibited by law. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are eligible under local laws and regulations. Continental Diamond Tool reserves the right to disqualify entries from jurisdictions where the sweepstakes may be restricted or prohibited. Employees of Continental Diamond Tool and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Due to legal restrictions, residents of the following regions are not eligible to participate: Quebec (Canada), Brazil, India, Italy, and any country where sweepstakes are prohibited or require local registration.
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete the customer satisfaction survey here between 12:00 AM ET on August 21, 2025 and 11:59 PM ET on September 21, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.
4. Prize and Odds
Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 Visa® digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $500 USD. Prizes will be delivered electronically via email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Continental Diamond Tool on or about September 22, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Canadian winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question to claim their prize.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Continental Diamond Tool, which are final and binding. Continental Diamond Tool reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or other technical problems compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and country of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through the survey and entry process will be used only to administer this sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with Continental Diamond Tool’s Privacy Policy.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with laws governing data collection and use, your personal data will be processed in accordance with Continental Diamond Tool’s Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data privacy laws. 9. Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Continental Diamond Tool, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize.
