SUMMARY: Responsible for communicating with sales and customers to adequately relay customer needs. Customer service will prepare all quotes, sales orders and be able to review all documentation including customer PO for accuracy. This position requires strong communication skills with both English and Spanish speaking people.
HOURS: Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
DUTIES:
Ability to relay CDT’s capabilities to customers.
Ability to use phone system,
Ability to operate computer system and navigate dashboards to easily get customer data.
Ability to review all documentation (quotes, customer POs, sales orders) for accuracy.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and properly using and maintaining PPE.
Perform other duties as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with computers
High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
High level of interpersonal communication skills
Good computer skills; excel, word, ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and have sound judgment
Good time management/organizational skills
Bilingual in Spanish/English
