SUMMARY:  Responsible for quoting new product and building part numbers in ERP system. Maintain part numbers in ERP system and perform other duties as required.

HOURS: Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

JOB DUTIES:

• Required to produce part numbers and all required paperwork/documentation to assist manufacturing.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes; plating, pressing, machining, and grinding

• Ability to use scales, calipers, micrometers, and similar measuring equipment

• Good PC skills and experience of Microsoft Office

• Perform other duties as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience

• Correctly and accurately estimate time, money, and material cost.

PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong mechanical and conceptual aptitude

• Functional and technical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Good computer skills; excel, word, ERP systems

• Attention to detail and have sound judgment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regularly required to walk

• Prolonged sitting
