SUMMARY: As a Master Electrician at Continental Diamond Tool, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and equipment across our manufacturing facility. This role ensures all electrical work complies with local, state, and national safety codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will work independently, demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills, and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our production environment.
DUTIES:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes
Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot electrical systems and machinery to diagnose issues and implement solutions
Use power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support facility upgrades and expansions
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and installations
Mentor junior electricians and support apprenticeship development
Respond to emergency electrical issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a formal apprenticeship program
Valid Electrician License required
Master Electrician certification preferred
3–5 years of related experience in a senior or supervisory electrical role
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and industrial equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Proficiency in electrical wiring installation and service upgrades
Strong understanding of typical electrical codes and safety protocols

Vitrified Bond Inspection Technician (VB)

SUMMARY: As a Inspection Technician in our fast-growing Vitrified Bond Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of vitrified bonded products throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves precise inspection of components before and after firing, proper operation of furnaces, and visual assessment of tooling to maintain high production standards.
HOURS: 1st shift hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
JOB DUTIES:
Inspect vitrified bonded products using precision measuring tools such as scales, calipers, and micrometers both before and after firing.
Load and diagram each furnace level accurately, ensuring the correct firing cycle is selected and executed for each batch.
Visually inspect tooling for any flaws, imperfections, or damage prior to and following the pressing process.
Maintain accurate inspection records and report any non-conformities or quality issues.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

JOB DUTIES:
